Within this module, our focus will be on guiding you through the process of integrating your Facebook and Instagram Ads (utilizing lead forms) with GTX CRM. Moreover, we will delve into the automation of lead assignment to designated staff members.


Steps to Access:

Login to GTX Travel CRM > Marketing > FB/Insta Lead Integration


Step 1: Click on the Login Now

Log in using your primary account, the one from which your ads are currently running. We strongly advise utilizing your own business account for ad management, as opposed to a digital agency account, to facilitate more effective oversight.



Step 2: Select Pages

Choose the pages where your ad campaigns are active and from which you wish to gather leads into the CRM.


Step 3: Select WhatsApp Channel

If you intend to utilize the WhatsApp API and have already enabled this feature within GTX CRM for automated proposal sending and broadcasts on WhatsApp, proceed to select the appropriate WhatsApp API channel by accessing the respective option within the Meta popup screen.



Step 4: Review & give respective permissions

On the subsequent screen, you will receive prompts to grant permissions necessary for GTX to retrieve pertinent lead information. Please ensure that you select all the permissions listed by Meta and then proceed to click on the "Save" button.


PS: We do not post anything on your Facebook or Insta pages. 



Step 5: Setting up the Lead Forms

Once the authentication process with Meta is completed, you will find that all of your pages are conveniently listed in the dropdown menu on the following screen.



Choose the desired page, and the corresponding lead forms associated with that page will be presented in the subsequent dropdown menu. You can then proceed to individually select these lead forms and establish a connection between the lead form fields and their respective counterparts in the CRM. This enables the allocation of leads to specific users as well.



Please note: It's important to keep in mind that lead form fields will become visible only after an ad has been configured within Meta and at least one lead has been received through the lead form. If you have solely created the lead form but haven't received any leads yet, the system will not display the corresponding lead form mapping choices.


The system provides the capability to link leads with their corresponding lead types, such as Holidays, Flights, Hotels, Transfers, and more, through specific field-level mappings. You have the flexibility to choose the appropriate mapping option based on the type of leads you have, and then establish connections between individual field names and the corresponding fields within the GTX query form.


Recommendations:

  1. When setting up a campaign on Facebook or Instagram, ensure you request the name, email, mobile number, travel date, number of travellers (Adults & Kids) and duration. This way, you'll get quality leads and essential details about the potential customer and can promptly send them a proposal.
  2. Many digital marketers prioritize acquiring a higher quantity (instead of QUALITY) of leads at a lower cost, sometimes overlooking the collection of even email addresses. However, data indicates that such leads often fail to convert, leading to the squandering of both your marketing budget and your staff's efforts.
  3. If feasible, consider crafting distinct campaigns for each destination and associating them with their respective locations from the lead form for better results.


Lead Allocation: 

Additionally, you have the option to choose specific staff members to assign these leads to. Furthermore, you can opt for a round-robin approach to allocate leads among multiple staff members.


All set and ready:

Once you have completed these steps, you will begin to receive leads in the CRM's Leads section. Please note that there may be an interval of approximately 20 minutes before the leads start populating in this section.
