- Ensure your team is fully equipped to manage leads efficiently and provide faster turnaround to clients.

In this module, we will cover the following topics related to supplier management:


1. Creating Suppliers 

   - You will learn how to manually create a supplier by entering their details such as name, contact information, and category.

   - You will also see how to assign specific categories or services they offer, ensuring better organization and ease of access.


2. Sending Queries to Suppliers 

   - This section will show how to send specific queries to selected suppliers based on the services they provide. You will also learn how to track and manage responses efficiently within the system.


3. Bulk Supplier Upload

   - You will understand the process of uploading multiple suppliers in bulk using an Excel or CSV file.

   - The bulk upload process will include mapping supplier details to specific fields in the system to ensure accurate data input.


4. Mapping Suppliers with Categories

   - Finally, this module will cover how to map suppliers to relevant categories such as accommodation, transport, or activities, streamlining the process of selecting suppliers for respective queries.
