In this video, we’ll show you how to create itineraries in different quote scenarios — whether you’re using a third-party quote, combining your own hotels with external land services, or creating everything from scratch.


Once you create a query choose Build Custom Packages option as showin below:



Once we click on Build Custom Package we will find below options where we have 3 different types of scenatio to build a packages whcih can be seen undner Suppliers.



Case 1: Full Third-Party Quote (Hotel + Land Both from Vendor)

  • Select “Package (Hotel + Land) + Flight + Visa” option.

  • Update vendor name under Pacakge Supplier

  • Copy-paste the itinerary under overview from the vendor’s quote (you can edit text, dates, and inclusions).

  • Add the Hotel city,nights and hotel name

  • If needed you can add Flight and Visa as well (Watch video)

  • Enter the cost at the end and select taxations etc or Per person pricing or total pricing

  • Save and preview the itinerary before sharing with client.

  • Share it on email and WhatsApp and Download PDF

? Use this when DMC or supplier has shared a ready itinerary.


Case 2: Hotel by You + Land from Third Party

  • Select “Package Hotel + Land + Flight + Visa” option if you have taken land part from Supplier rest 

  • Add the Hotel city,nights and hotel name

  • Under Hotels, select your own contracted or direct hotels with rates and suppliers.

  • If needed you can add Flight and Visa as well (Watch video)

  • Enter the cost at the end and select taxations etc or Per person pricing or total pricing

  • Save and preview the itinerary before sharing with client.

  • Share it on email and WhatsApp and Download PDF

? Ideal when you have your own hotel tie-ups but use a local vendor for sightseeing and trasnfers


Case 3: Doing Everything on Your Own (Your Own Rates or your a DMC or B2B)

  • Select “Individual Suppliers” option if you have taken land part from Supplier rest 

  • Add the Hotel city,nights and hotel name

  • Under Hotels, select your own contracted or direct hotels with rates and suppliers.

  • If needed you can add Flight and Visa as well (Watch video)

  • Enter the cost at the end and select taxations etc or Per person pricing or total pricing

  • Save and preview the itinerary before sharing with client.

  • Share it on email and WhatsApp and Download PDF

? Perfect when you have your own rates and want full flexibility.
